Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, once said: "if you take copper as a mirror, you can straighten your clothes; if you take history as a mirror, you can know the rise and fall; if you take people as a mirror, you can know the gains and losses." Mirror, can reflect and restore the true nature of things. Zen also takes "mind as a mirror" as the highest realm. However, there are few people who can do this.

Sometimes, I feel strangely lonely. Because of the boundless world, only I see people from the perspective of "I", but in other people's minds, I have no precise positioning. I can only use the mirror. Looking at my mirror image, it clearly reflects my mental state -- whether I look haggard, the mark left after staying up late, the complicated interpersonal relationship, and the fatigue caused by the hard to digest knowledge I can camouflage in front of people and taste the embarrassment and bitterness behind people. The mirror reflects coldly and rationally: I'm not beautiful enough, I'm not smart enough, I don't have any skills. At the same time, it's whipping me, making the idea of "want to be a better self" grow stronger and stronger. The mirror never conceals filth, it is the faithful feedback, will your blemish flaw clearly discernible display, in order to correct as soon as possible.

Shenxiu said, "the body is a bodhi tree, and the heart is like a mirror. Wipe it frequently, and do not stir up dust. " Restless society, impetuous us us, who will "wipe frequently", who will do beauty for the soul? There are those who can do it, and there are those who can't. Strangers are in trouble, and our conscience urges us to help them. However, the recent incidents of helping others to be framed have stopped us. From time to time, the media exposed illegal traders who added excessive additives to food in order to make huge profits All kinds of signs have shown that our mind has accumulated a thick layer of dirt, which hinders the close relationship between people.

How can we keep a pure mind? Bai luomei said: "the heart is like a mirror. Do not provoke the dust, live in the world, indifferent heart. Sober and calm, comfortable and peaceful. Heart, then all things move, the heart does not hurt, it does not hurt, pure and comfortable, happy ordinary We should be indifferent and far away, quiet restless heart and surging emotions. Sit down and look inside. Scars, sweetness, pain, laughter The negative that is imposed on it is not necessarily a bad thing. There are always some people who push you into the Bush, even if they are black and blue, they can learn to grow up; there are always some people who accompany you silently and tender your time. After experiencing all kinds of engraved moments, the soul will become warm and clean, firm and light.

Have you ever been like me, dare not look at yourself in the mirror frequently: the most secret emotions, the darkest thoughts, stripped naked in front of you. Fortunately, I learned to face, with myself in the mirror, erase them. Let the body, let a large amount of sunlight into, suddenly found himself again full of confidence.
