每个人都会有自己喜欢的东西，沉迷于其中，不可自拔。
每当收拾书柜时，总会看到一本厚厚的《安徒生童话》被放置于最高的一层，那时，便会不由自主地想起一件往事。
秋高气爽，正是枫落人间的时节。即将上三年级的我津津有味地看着电视，借以度过寒假。看得正入迷时，突然，不知道从哪里伸出来的一只手把电视关了，彩色的屏幕顿时变得黑漆漆的，我瞧见了，不由得勃然大怒，从沙发上抄起一个枕头便往那只手的主人扔过去，却被准确无误地接住，“小妹，去看书，不然你就别想靠近电视机一布。”一道暗含“威胁”的话传来，我定睛一看，哦，原来是哥哥，但听到这句话后，我马不停蹄地跑去书桌，随便从书柜上抽出一本书，装模作样地读了起来。
但我向来看不到这一个个方格般枯燥无味的字，不由得跟“周公”喝起茶来，“小妹！我让你来是读书的，不是让你跟周公“约会”的！”我一激灵，坐直了身子，又跟那方格字“大眼瞪小眼”起来，但还是撑不住，脖子又弯了下去，睡着了……
最后，还是哥哥的“十八般武艺”把我降住了，我也看完了书，待我瞧到封面时，才知道这本书叫《安徒生童话》，因为里面的故事很吸引人，比如白雪公主，灰姑娘，海的女儿之类的，以至于我深陷其中，不能自拔。从那时起，我便喜欢上了读书。而那本童话，我也一只珍藏着。
此后，读书俨然成了我生活中不可分割的一部分。
