高凤林，是中国航天科技集团公司第一科研研究院首都航天机械公司特种熔融焊接工高级技师，从事火箭发动机焊接工作。作为焊接火箭“心脏”发动机的中国第一人，他焊接了40%的长征系列火箭的“心脏”;也是他将火箭发动机核心部件――泵前组件的产品合格率从20%提升到了92%，po解20多年未掣肘我国航天事业快速发展的难题。
